FAQ

Will my pushchair or stroller fit in the overhead bin?

Only if its folded dimensions are within your airline's carry-on limit and there's bin space on board. Note that US mainline carriers (Delta, United, American, JetBlue, Alaska) use a narrow 22 × 14 × 9 in (56 × 35 × 23 cm) carry-on sizer, while Southwest allows 24 × 16 × 10 in (61 × 41 × 25 cm) and BA/easyJet/Jet2 allow 56 × 45 × 25 cm. Even if a stroller is wider than 14 inches folded, every airline listed gate-checks it free!

Do these strollers pass Disney's 31 x 52 inch park gate rule and American Airlines' 20 lb rule?

Yes! The Bugaboo Butterfly 2 (16.1 lbs / 7.3 kg), Joolz Aer+ (13.2 lbs / 6 kg), and Joie Pact Lite (11.8 lbs / 5.35 kg) are all under American Airlines' 20 lb (9 kg) carry-on stroller limit (they still need to fit an overhead bin) and pass Disney World and Disneyland's 31 × 52 in (79 × 132 cm) stroller gauge (and roll straight onto the Disney Skyliner without folding).
